1) What is the monthly Eliquid subscription service?

Vape.A.Box is proud to bring back the UK's best eliquid subscription service back to its website. This time we have put the vapour first, and you can select Bronze, Silver or Gold, and from there you select the actual flavours you want, with the final option of doing a One-Off Purchase or Subscribe.

The Difference between the one-off purchase and the subscribe, is one is a single purchase, and thats it, the other you will be invoiced on a monthly basis, and we will send you out your repeat order until you decide to cancel.

2) Is there any contracts or minimum terms? 


NO, you can cancel any time.

3) How long does shipping take?

UK shipments are dispatched 1-2 days after the payment has been cleared, via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or for international customers Royal Mail international.

5) What Payment options are there?

At the moment we are accepting the following payments, Paypal, Credit / Debit card.

6) What is your Refund policy?

If for whatever reason you were not happy with your order and want a refund / cancel the order, you can do, please note though, as this is a cancellation, you will have to return the item to Vape.A.Box and only the cost for the item will be refunded and no shipping cost will be covered.

However if the item is faulty or damaged, we will happily send you a replacement bottle.

As this is a general consumer liquid, if you have opened / tampered / modified the product in any way, we can no longer accept a return / refund for that specific item.

7) How does the monthly eliquid subscription service work?

a) Purchase your initial bundle from Vape.A.Box and subscribe

b) The following month (same date) wait for the invoice to arrive in your email (check spam folder to)

c) Click on the link, that says Pay invoice.

d) Your order is being processed and will be with you shortly.

e) Alternatively you can click CANCEL subscription on the same invoice and you will end your subscription. OR you can decide not to pay the invoice, and you will not be charged.

**Please note, we will not debit your account automatically, you will need to click on the link, and pay the invoice**

8) Can i add more than 1 of the same flavour?

Yes, all you have to do is write what flavours and quantities you need in the shipping notes section (NOT THE ORDER NOTE SECTION).

PLEASE NOTE: once the current flavours have been deleted from the shipping notes section and left blank the picking team we will not know what you have selected. Therefore if you ammend the notes please be clear as to what you would like in your order. For example (silver package):

2 x Old english custard

3 x Bubblegum

2 x Apple sour
